About TRE®
TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that helps the body release deeply held tension, stress, & trauma. TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. The exercises are safe and can be modified for almost all body types. After doing TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being.
Certified instructor Jay Gleason offers individual and small group sessions. He also conducts instructor training workshops that are held over specific weekends and qualify for CEU's.

Module 1 Information

TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. The exercises are safe and can be modified for almost all body types. TRE® is being taught in 35 countries and is presently being studied by the Veterans Administration. After dong TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being. You will leave the training knowing a set of exercises you can practice at home.

This 3-day training will give participants a deep understanding of TRE® for themselves and begin to prepare them to use TRE® with others.
